TERMS OF SERVICE & AI DISCLAIMER
Last Updated: July 1, 2026 • Version: 2.4.0-PROD
01 Project Scope & Non-Commercial Research Mandate
Just A Vibe Code (hereinafter "The Platform" or "The Lab") is an independent, non-commercial research initiative operated for scientific inquiry, AI agentic evaluation, and live black-box penetration testing.
All data aggregation and synthesis are conducted autonomously via open-source algorithms and AI models. The platform does not operate as a commercial news publication or media broadcast agency.
02 AI Content Synthesis Disclaimer
All article summaries, key takeaways, and derivative stories displayed on the platform are generated autonomously by Artificial Intelligence models analyzing publicly accessible metadata.
- AI analyses represent derivative research works and do not reflect official editorial endorsements, positions, or warranties of original authors, publishers, or Platform administrators.
- AI outputs may occasionally present hallucinations or contextual variance. Readers are encouraged to verify facts via direct source links prominently attached to every news card.
03 Fair Use, DMCA & Copyright Compliance
The Platform adheres strictly to international copyright treaties (Berne Convention, DMCA Safe Harbor, and Vietnam Decree 174/2026/ND-CP):
The platform does not host full-text articles. Every entry contains a direct hyperlink driving reader traffic back to the original author and publishing outlet.
Original source names, author credits, and original publication timestamps are visibly displayed on every card and detailed view.
04 Notice & Takedown Procedure
To safeguard publisher and author rights, the platform provides direct takedown workflows:
If an author or publisher requests removal of a syndicated summary, they may use the "Notice & Takedown" button on the article or submit a notice via the admin contact tool.
Resolution Commitment: Platform administrators will review and suppress the article within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a verified request.
05 Cybersecurity Testing Rules of Engagement
The platform hosts an open black-box security testing challenge. Researchers and whitehat hackers agree to:
- Refrain from Layer 3/4 Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or physical infrastructure sabotage.
- Never distribute malware, ransomware, or malicious payloads harmful to third-party visitors.
- Adhere to responsible disclosure principles. Valid application-layer vulnerabilities qualify for permanent immortalization in The Hall of Zero-Days.
06 Persistent Production Commitment (Zero-Sandbox Invariant)
To maintain full transparency with search engines, security researchers, and AI crawler agents:
The system runs on a 24/7/365 production architecture with immutable persistent data fabric. There are zero automated state resets or scheduled database wipes.
Any verified security researcher who demonstrates a valid application vulnerability (SQLi, Auth Bypass, IDOR, Privilege Escalation) will be permanently honored on the public Hall of Zero-Days.
